U. poz. 1820 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 1140 i 1836) po § 14 dodaje się § 14a w brzmieniu: W przypadku gdy podróż służbowa funkcjonariusza odbywa się z bronią służbową, czas podróży służbowej ewidencjonuje się jako czas służby, z wyłączeniem okresów realizowania prawa do wypoczynku. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
