Wniosek o wyszukanie ksiąg wieczystych w cbdkw jest opłacany wyłącznie za pomocą mechanizmów gwarantujących nieodwracalne zainicjowanie procedury opłacenia wniosku i identyfikację wnoszącego opłatę, udostępnionych przez ten system. System teleinformatyczny uniemożliwia złożenie wniosku nieopłaconego lub opłaconego niezgodnie z żądaniem. Jeżeli wnioskodawca składa równocześnie więcej niż jeden wniosek, dopuszcza się jednoczesne uiszczenie sumy opłat od poszczególnych wniosków podlegających opłacie. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 9 miesięcy od dnia ogłoszenia.
