Przenosi się planowane wydatki budżetowe z części 25 - Kultura fizyczna, dział 926 - Kultura fizyczna, w kwocie 5 207 000 zł, do części 24 - Kultura i ochrona dziedzictwa narodowego, dział 921 - Kultura i ochrona dziedzictwa narodowego oraz dział 750 - Administracja publiczna. Szczegółowy podział planowanych wydatków budżetu państwa, o których mowa w § 2, określa załącznik do rozporządzenia.
