U. poz. 2272) § 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Do zakresu działania ministra należy: realizacja zadań w ramach projektów dotyczących udzielania wsparcia państwom sąsiedzkim; zapewnienie Prezesowi Rady Ministrów i członkom kierownictwa Kancelarii Prezesa Rady Ministrów informacji i analiz w zakresie możliwości udzielania wsparcia państwom sąsiedzkim; formułowanie rekomendacji i przygotowywanie działań związanych z udzielaniem wsparcia państwom sąsiedzkim; współdziałanie przy wykonywaniu zadań realizowanych przez Zespół Pomocy Humanitarno-Medycznej, o którym mowa w ustawie z dnia 12 maja 2022 r. o Zespole Pomocy Humanitarno-Medycznej (Dz.
