U. z 2021 r. poz. 1301 oraz z 2022 r. poz. 2185) zarządza się, co następuje: Sołectwom Latoszyn i Podgrodzie, położonym na obszarze gminy Dębica, w powiecie dębickim, w województwie podkarpackim, nadaje się status uzdrowiska. Uzdrowisko, o którym mowa w ust. 1, otrzymuje nazwę „Uzdrowisko Latoszyn”. Granice „Uzdrowiska Latoszyn” obejmują sołectwa Latoszyn i Podgrodzie. Traci moc rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 27 czerwca 2012 r. w sprawie nadania statusu obszaru ochrony uzdrowiskowej sołectwu Latoszyn i sołectwu Podgrodzie położonym na obszarze gminy Dębica (Dz. U. poz. 783). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
