Informacja obejmuje co najmniej przedmiot postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia oraz dokument zawierający ocenę występowania podstawowych interesów bezpieczeństwa państwa. Ustawa wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
