Litery mają wysokość 3 cm. Sztandary nadane jednostkom organizacyjnym Służby Więziennej przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia dostosowuje się do wymogów określonych w rozporządzeniu zmienianym w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, w terminie do dnia 15 czerwca 2023 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
