U. poz. 402, z późn. zm.1)Zmiany wymienionego rozporządzenia zostały ogłoszone w Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 1762 i 2424, z 2018 r. poz. 1767, z 2019 r. poz. 245 i 1476 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 1630.) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 3 w ust. 4 po wyrazach „w Lublinie” dodaje się przecinek i wyrazy „Prokuratury Rejonowej Łódź-Polesie w Łodzi”; w § 4: po pkt 3 dodaje się pkt 3a w brzmieniu: Dział do spraw Wojskowych w Prokuraturze Rejonowej Łódź-Polesie w Łodzi - obszar województwa łódzkiego; pkt 7a otrzymuje brzmienie: Dział do spraw Wojskowych w Prokuraturze Rejonowej Warszawa-Ursynów w Warszawie - obszar województwa mazowieckiego; Sprawy, które przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia wpłynęły do działów do spraw wojskowych w prokuraturach rejonowych właściwych na podstawie przepisów dotychczasowych, pozostają we właściwości tych działów.
