U. poz. 28) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 2 w ust. 3 uchyla się pkt 1; § 3 otrzymuje brzmienie: W ramach obsługi administracyjno-biurowej zespołu Minister Sprawiedliwości zapewnia odpowiednie środki techniczne, w szczególności sprzęt komputerowy służący do przygotowania pytań niebędący urządzeniem służącym do przekazu i odbioru informacji oraz sprzęt komputerowy zawierający system informacji prawnej. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
