Potwierdzenie zawiera informację o numerze nadawczym przesyłki oraz, w razie potrzeby, inne dane pozwalające zidentyfikować przesyłkę, w tym dane o placówce pocztowej, w której nadano przesyłkę. W takim przypadku sporządzenie wykazu, o którym mowa w ust. 1 i 2, nie jest wymagane. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
