U. z 2018 r. poz. 793 i 1470, z 2020 r. poz. 606 i 2090 oraz z 2021 r. poz. 160, 976 i 1590.) po § 114 dodaje się § 114a w brzmieniu: Prokurator Generalny lub Prokurator Krajowy może wyznaczyć jednostkę do prowadzenia postępowania przygotowawczego, obejmującego ujawnione w danym okresie lub na danym obszarze przestępstwa z art. 310 § 1 k.k., wskazane według określonego kryterium, w szczególności według nominału pieniądza, znaku pieniężnego lub innego środka płatniczego albo dokumentu, o którym mowa w art. 310 § 1 k.k., albo według określonej klasy fałszerskiej. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
