Formularz mandatu karnego zgodny z wzorem stanowiącym załącznik do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1 w brzmieniu dotychczasowym może być stosowany do czasu wyczerpania jego nakładu, nie dłużej niż do dnia 31 grudnia 2023 r., pod warunkiem pouczenia sprawcy wykroczenia skarbowego ukaranego karą grzywny nałożoną w drodze mandatu karnego o maksymalnej wysokości kary grzywny nakładanej mandatem karnym, o której mowa w art. 48 § 2 ustawy z dnia 10 września 1999 r. - Kodeks karny skarbowy.
