Reorganizacja Naukowej i Akademickiej Sieci Komputerowej - Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego, o której mowa w ust. 1, polega na zmianie zakresu działalności instytutu w związku z zaprzestaniem realizacji części zadań deweloperskich, rozwojowych i utrzymaniowych, w szczególności realizacji zadania „Rozwój Ekosystemu mObywatel i obsługa III linii wsparcia mObywatel”. W związku z zaprzestaniem realizacji zadań, o których mowa w § 1 ust. 2, Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy przekaże na rzecz Skarbu Państwa wszystkie związane z realizacją zadań, o których mowa w § 1 ust. 2, prawa majątkowe i rzeczy nabyte i posiadane przez instytut. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 kwietnia 2022 r.
