U. poz. 1464 oraz z 2023 r. poz. 1848) w § 10 w ust. 4 w pkt 5 na końcu dodaje się przecinek i dodaje się pkt 6 w brzmieniu: w celu zabezpieczenia lub pełnienia Dyżurnej Zmiany Bojowej (DZB) w ramach Systemu Obrony Powietrznej Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej - 250% Stawka diety, o której mowa w § 10 ust. 4 pkt 6 rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1 w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, przysługuje w wysokości określonej w tym przepisie za okres od dnia 24 sierpnia 2023 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
