U. z 2023 r. poz. 217) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 22 marca 2012 r. w sprawie przeprowadzania konkursu na stanowisko referendarza sądowego (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1407) w § 12: w ust. 1 dodaje się zdanie drugie w brzmieniu: Informacja o wynikach konkursu jest dostępna przez okres 3 miesięcy od dnia umieszczenia. ust. 3 otrzymuje brzmienie: Kandydatowi, po okazaniu dokumentu tożsamości, udostępnia się do wglądu w siedzibie sądu jego pracę konkursową oraz protokół przebiegu konkursu. Do konkursów ogłoszonych i nierozstrzygniętych przed dniem wejścia w życie rozporządzenia stosuje się przepisy rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
