Na żądanie badanego funkcjonariusza wynik badania dokonanego analizatorem wydechu metodą utleniania elektrochemicznego wynoszący ponad 0,00 mg/dm3stężenia alkoholu w wydychanym powietrzu należy zweryfikować badaniem analizatorem wydechu metodą spektrometrii w podczerwieni, przez dokonanie dwóch pomiarów. Drugiego pomiaru dokonuje się niezwłocznie po dokonaniu pierwszego pomiaru. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
