U. poz. 2223, z 2017 r. poz. 2112, z 2019 r. poz. 626, z 2021 r. poz. 1427 oraz z 2022 r. poz. 1625) § 31 otrzymuje brzmienie: Do egzaminu maturalnego z języka obcego nowożytnego absolwent może przystąpić z następujących języków: angielskiego, francuskiego, hiszpańskiego, niemieckiego, rosyjskiego, ukraińskiego i włoskiego. Egzamin maturalny z języka ukraińskiego jest przeprowadzany, począwszy od roku szkolnego 2025/2026. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 września 2023 r.
