U. z 2018 r. poz. 11) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 2 w ust. 3a pkt 1 otrzymuje brzmienie: posiadać urządzeń służących do przekazu, odbioru, przechowywania, utrwalania i powielania informacji, z wyjątkiem urządzeń zapewnionych w ramach obsługi administracyjno-biurowej zespołu; § 2a otrzymuje brzmienie: Minister Sprawiedliwości zapewnia odpowiednie środki techniczne w celu przestrzegania przepisu § 2 ust. 3a pkt 1, w szczególności sprzęt komputerowy służący do przygotowania zadań i opisów istotnych zagadnień niebędący urządzeniem służącym do przekazu i odbioru informacji oraz sprzęt komputerowy zawierający system informacji prawnej.
