U. poz. 1838) w § 13 ust. 3 otrzymuje brzmienie: Kandydatowi, po okazaniu dokumentu tożsamości, udostępnia się do wglądu w siedzibie prokuratury pracę konkursową oraz protokół przebiegu konkursu. Do konkursów ogłoszonych i nierozstrzygniętych przed dniem wejścia w życie rozporządzenia stosuje się przepisy rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
