Przepisy rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1 w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem mają zastosowanie do uposażeń zasadniczych funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej należnych od dnia 1 marca 2023 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
