Traci moc rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 1 czerwca 2022 r. w sprawie wynagrodzenia zasadniczego asystentów i starszych asystentów prokuratorów (Dz. U. poz. 1192). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
