Załącznik nr 1 - Wzór protokołu z kontroli systemu ogrzewania Załącznik nr 2 - Wzór protokołu z kontroli systemu klimatyzacji 2)Niniejsze rozporządzenie w zakresie swojej regulacji wdraża dyrektywę Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady 2010/31/UE z dnia 19 maja 2010 r. w sprawie charakterystyki energetycznej budynków (Dz. Urz. UE L 153 z 18.06.2010, str. 13, Dz. Urz. UE L 156 z 19.06.2018, str. 75 oraz Dz. Urz. UE L 328 z 21.12.2018, str. 1). Na podstawie art. 30 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 2014 r. o charakterystyce energetycznej budynków (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 497 oraz z 2022 r. poz. 2206) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 17 lutego 2015 r. w sprawie wzorów protokołów z kontroli systemu ogrzewania lub systemu klimatyzacji (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 513): załącznik nr 1 do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku nr 1 do niniejszego rozporządzenia; załącznik nr 2 do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku nr 2 do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Protokoły z kontroli systemu ogrzewania lub systemu klimatyzacji sporządzone przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia zachowują ważność do dnia następnej kontroli wskazanej w tych protokołach.
