U. z 2024 r. poz. 875) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 4 wyrazy „31 grudnia 2024 r.” zastępuje się wyrazami „30 czerwca 2025 r.”; w § 20 w ust. 2 pkt 1 otrzymuje brzmienie: wynosi 75,74 zł; Kwotę ryczałtu, o której mowa w § 20 ust. 2 pkt 1 rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, stosuje się do rozliczania świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej udzielanych od dnia 1 lipca 2024 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
