U. poz. 1438 oraz z 2023 r. poz. 543) po § 8 dodaje się § 8a w brzmieniu: W przypadku gdy w 2024 r. minister właściwy do spraw rozwoju wsi udzieli Agencji dotacji celowej, o której mowa w art. 23a ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2018 r. o kołach gospodyń wiejskich, po dniu 30 września, termin składania wniosków o przyznanie pomocy wskazany w informacji, o której mowa w art. 23a ust. 6 tej ustawy, nie może upływać później niż dnia 29 listopada 2024 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
