U. z 2023 r. poz. 702) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Rady Ministrów z dnia 7 sierpnia 2008 r. w sprawie sprawozdań o udzielonej pomocy publicznej, informacji o nieudzieleniu takiej pomocy oraz sprawozdań o zaległościach przedsiębiorców we wpłatach świadczeń należnych na rzecz sektora finansów publicznych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 161) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 8a uchyla się ust. 6; w załączniku nr 1 do rozporządzenia w Instrukcji sporządzenia sprawozdania część Kol. 12 - Przeznaczenie pomocy otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Do sprawozdań o udzielonej pomocy publicznej nieprzekazanych przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia stosuje się przepisy rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1 w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia. Kol. 12 - Przeznaczenie pomocy: należy podać właściwy kod wskazujący przeznaczenie pomocy. W przypadku pomocy de minimis: W przypadku pomocy innej niż de minimis: W przypadku gdy występują dwa (lub więcej) przeznaczenia pomocy udzielonej zgodnie z tą samą podstawą prawną, informację o pomocy dla danego beneficjenta pomocy należy wykazać w dwóch (lub więcej) wierszach, dzieląc odpowiednio wartość pomocy.
