U. z 2024 r. poz. 1190 i 1473) zarządza się, co następuje: Rozporządzenie określa gminy poszkodowane w wyniku powodzi oraz intensywnych opadów atmosferycznych we wrześniu 2024 r., w których stosuje się szczególne zasady odbudowy, remontów i rozbiórek obiektów budowlanych. Wykaz gmin, o których mowa w § 1, jest określony w załączniku do rozporządzenia. Rozporządzenie stosuje się przez okres 24 miesięcy od dnia jego wejścia w życie. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia. * m. - gmina o statusie miasta.
