U. z 2024 r. poz. 1342) załącznik do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Pracownik zatrudniony w dniu wejścia w życie rozporządzenia na stanowisku nieprzewidzianym w rozporządzeniu może być nadal zatrudniony, z tym że na stanowisku przewidzianym w rozporządzeniu. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 grudnia 2024 r.
