U. z 2024 r. poz. 654, 1473 i 1635). Zaniechanie, o którym mowa w § 1, ma zastosowanie do dochodów wydatkowanych od dnia 1 października 2024 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2024 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
