Do zmian w planie części 34 - Rozwój regionalny, o których mowa w ust. 1, nie stosuje się art. 171 ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2009 r. o finansach publicznych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1530, 1572, 1717 i 1756). Ustawa wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
