Wykaz podmiotów, o którym mowa w § 1 pkt 1, wraz ze wskazaniem organów kontroli, o których mowa w § 1 pkt 2, stanowi załącznik do rozporządzenia. Rozporządzenie obowiązuje do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 stycznia 2025 r.
