U. z 2023 r. poz. 788, 1463 i 1693) zarządza się, co następuje: Określa się wzory formularzy informacji o: udzielonym finansowym wsparciu z Funduszu Dopłat, stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do rozporządzenia; finansowym wsparciu możliwym do udzielenia z Funduszu Dopłat, stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do rozporządzenia. Formularze, o których mowa w § 1, stosuje się po raz pierwszy do informacji przekazywanych według stanu na koniec IV kwartału 2023 r. Traci moc rozporządzenie Ministra Rozwoju, Pracy i Technologii z dnia 23 marca 2021 r. w sprawie wzorów formularzy, na których Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego przekazuje informacje o udzielonym finansowym wsparciu oraz finansowym wsparciu możliwym do udzielenia z Funduszu Dopłat (Dz.
