U. z 2024 r. poz. 532) w § 7 ust. 1 otrzymuje brzmienie: W przypadku zwolnienia ze służby funkcjonariusza w służbie przygotowawczej na podstawie art. 96 ust. 1 i ust. 2 pkt 2, 5-8 ustawy z dnia 9 kwietnia 2010 r. o Służbie Więziennej, zwanej dalej „ustawą”, lub wygaśnięcia stosunku służbowego na podstawie art. 97 ust. 1 pkt 2-8 ustawy funkcjonariusz ten zwraca równowartość pieniężną za wydane składniki umundurowania za czas, jaki pozostał do końca okresu używalności tych składników, obliczoną według cen obowiązujących w dniu zwolnienia lub wygaśnięcia stosunku służbowego. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
