U. z 2018 r. poz. 1501) załącznik do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Stawki dodatku za posiadany stopień w wysokości określonej w załączniku do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, stosuje się przy ustalaniu wysokości uposażeń należnych funkcjonariuszom Służby Wywiadu Wojskowego od dnia 1 stycznia 2024 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
