U. z 2020 r. poz. 474 oraz z 2023 r. poz. 2379) załącznik otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Dodatek za posiadany przez funkcjonariusza Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego stopień służbowy w wysokości określonej w załączniku do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, przysługuje funkcjonariuszowi Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego od dnia 1 stycznia 2024 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
