U. poz. 1821, z 2004 r. poz. 1320, z 2006 r. poz. 340, z 2009 r. poz. 678 oraz z 2023 r. poz. 720 i 732) załącznik otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Dodatek za posiadany przez funkcjonariusza Agencji Wywiadu stopień służbowy w wysokości określonej w załączniku do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, przysługuje funkcjonariuszowi Agencji Wywiadu od dnia 1 stycznia 2024 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
