Przenosi się, z zachowaniem przeznaczenia środków publicznych wynikającego z ustawy budżetowej na rok 2024, planowane wydatki budżetowe, w tym wynagrodzenia, z części 34 - Rozwój regionalny do części 28 - Szkolnictwo wyższe i nauka, w kwocie 33 192 tys. zł. Szczegółowy podział planowanych wydatków budżetowych, o których mowa w ust. 1, jest określony w załączniku nr 1 do rozporządzenia. W ramach przeniesienia, o którym mowa w § 2 ust. 1, przenosi się także kwoty wynagrodzeń z części 34 - Rozwój regionalny do części 28 - Szkolnictwo wyższe i nauka, w kwocie 105 tys. zł. Szczegółowy podział przenoszonych kwot wynagrodzeń, o których mowa w ust. 1, jest określony w załączniku nr 2 do rozporządzenia. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
