U. poz. 1258) w § 1 ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Dopłatę dla każdej osoby, o której mowa w ust. 1, ustala się w wysokości 40 % uposażenia zasadniczego funkcjonariusza według najniższej stawki uposażenia zasadniczego przewidzianej w 15. grupie zaszeregowania obowiązującej w dniu 1 stycznia roku kalendarzowego, w którym funkcjonariusz nabył prawo do urlopu wypoczynkowego. Do wniosków złożonych i nierozpatrzonych przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia stosuje się przepisy rozporządzenia, o którym mowa w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
