Commissioner of Guiding Leadership Development. Guides Commissioner. Flowers Commissioner. Cubs Commissioner. Flowers and Cubs Commissioner in Private Schools. The Board shall be formed by a decision of the Minister for a renewable term of three years. All competent authorities, each in their respective jurisdiction, shall enforce this law and it shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- تُستبدل عبارتا "وزارة الثقافة والفنون والتراث" و"وزير الثقافة والفنون والتراث" بعبارتي "وزارة التربية والتعليم والثقافة" و"وزير التربية والتعليم والثقافة" المنصوص عليهما في المادة (1) من القانون رقم (18) لسنة 1997 المشار إليه. يُستبدل بنصي المادتين ( 5 )، ( 10 ) من القانون رقم (18) لسنة 1997 المشار إليه، النصان التاليان: مادة (5) : "تشرف الوزارة على الجمعية، وفقاً لأنظمتها، كما تعمل على توجيهها روحياً وثقافياً واجتماعياً." مادة (10) : "يتولى إدارة الجمعية مجلس إدارة، يُشكل من رئيس وأربعة عشر عضواً، على أن يكون من بين الأعضاء: 1- نائب الرئيس. 2- المفوض العام. 3- مفوض تنمية القيادات الكشفية. 4- مفوض برامج خدمة وتنمية المجتمع. 5- مفوض النشاط الكشفي بالمدارس الأهلية. 6- مفوض تنمية القيادات الإرشادية. 7- مفوضة المرشدات. 8- مفوضة الزهرات. 9- مفوضة الأشبال. 10- مفوضة الزهرات والمرشدات بالمدارس الأهلية. ويصدر بتشكيل المجلس قرار من الوزير، وتكون مدته ثلاث سنوات، قابلة للتجديد." على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
