This provision amends the center’s founding documents and bylaws, changes the center’s name, replaces the title "general manager" with "executive director," updates Article 4 and Article 10, deletes the second paragraph of Article 12, and requires the amendment to be registered and published.

يُعدل مسمى المركز الوارد في وثيقة التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المشار إليهما، ليكون "المركز العربي للأبحاث ودراسة السياسات - معهد الدوحة" يُستبدل مسمى " الدير العام" بمسمى "المدير التنفيذي"، أينما ورد في النظام الأساسي المشار إليه. يُستبدل بنص المادة (4/ بند 5) من النظام الأساسي المشار إليه، النص التالي: مادة (4/ بند 5): "5- إجراء استطلاعات للرأي العام" يُستبدل بنص المادة ( 10 ) من النظام الأساسي المشار إليه، النص التالي: مادة (10): "يُشكل مجلس الإدارة من رئيس، وعدد من الأعضاء لا يقل عن ثلاثة ولا يزيد على تسعة، يعينهم المؤسس، استناداً إلى كفاءتهم الخاصة واهتمامهم بأهداف المركز، ويجوز للمؤسس أن يعين المدير العام عضواً بمجلس الإدارة. وإلى حين تعيين مجلس الإدارة، أو في حالة غيابه، يتولى المؤسس كافة الاختصاصات المقررة لمجلس الإدارة، بما في ذلك تعيين المدير العام." تُلغى الفقرة الثانية من المادة ( 12 ) من النظام الأساسي المشار إليه. يُسجل ويُشهر هذا التعديل، طبقاً لأحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم (21) لسنة 2006 المشار إليه.
