يُعيَّن السيد/ ناصر عيسى على الخليفي قاضياً بالمحاكم العدلية، ويُحدَّد له مرتب شهري يبدأ من 7000 ريال مع علاوة سنوية 200 ريال في الشهر حتى يصل إلى 8000 ريال، وعلى الجهات المختصة تنفيذ المرسوم.
