يعين المرسوم شخصين قاضيين بالمحاكم العدلية، ويقرر لكل منهما راتباً شهرياً يبدأ من 8000 ريال مع علاوة سنوية 200 ريال حتى يصل إلى 9000 ريال كحد أعلى، ويلزم الجهات المختصة بتنفيذه.
