يعيّن المرسوم ثلاثة قضاة بالمحاكم العدلية، ويحدد لكل منهم مرتباً شهرياً وعلاوة سنوية حتى سقف 8000 ريال شهرياً، وعلى الجهات المختصة تنفيذ المرسوم.
