РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 11 Федерального закона "О погребении и похоронном деле" Принят Государственной Думой 22 сентября 2006 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 6 октября 2006 года Внести в подпункт 4 пункта 3 статьи 11 Федерального закона от 12 января 1996 года № 8-ФЗ "О погребении и похоронном деле" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, № 3, ст. 146; 1998, № 30, ст. 3613; 2001, № 23, ст. 2282; 2002, № 30, ст. 3033; 2003, № 27, ст. 2700; 2005, № 17, ст. 1482) изменение, заменив слова "ветераны боевых действий на территориях других государств" словами "ветераны боевых действий из числа лиц, указанных в подпунктах 1 - 4 пункта 1 статьи 3 Федерального закона "О ветеранах" (в редакции Федерального закона от 2 января 2000 года № 40-ФЗ),".
