ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 28 декабря 2020 г. № 3601-р МОСКВА В соответствии с частью 1 статьи 111 Федерального закона "О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд" установить, что при реализации распоряжения Правительства Российской Федерации от 10 июля 2020 г. № 1800-р допускается изменение сроков поставки автомобильной техники до 20 декабря 2021 г. с оплатой не позднее 25 декабря 2021 г. - в пределах бюджетных ассигнований, предусмотренных заказчикам на указанные цели Федеральным законом "О федеральном бюджете на 2020 год и на плановый период 2021 и 2022 годов" на 2021 год, и не позднее 31 марта 2022 г. - в пределах бюджетных ассигнований, предусмотренных заказчикам на указанные цели Федеральным законом "О федеральном бюджете на 2020 год и на плановый период 2021 и 2022 годов" на 2022 год.
