РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 22 Федерального закона "О ведомственной охране" Принят Государственной Думой 22 февраля 2023 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 22 февраля 2023 года Статья 1 Внести в статью 22 Федерального закона от 14 апреля 1999 года № 77-ФЗ "О ведомственной охране" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1999, № 16, ст. 1935; 2016, № 27, ст. 4160; 2022, № 41, ст. 6957; 2023, № 1, ст. 85) изменение, дополнив ее словами ", и ведомственной охраны федерального органа обеспечения мобилизационной подготовки органов государственной власти Российской Федерации". Статья 2 Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу по истечении девяноста дней после дня его официального опубликования.
