УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Об общей штатной численности органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации В целях обеспечения предусмотренного Уголовно-процессуальным кодексом Российской Федерации участия прокуроров в уголовном судопроизводстве постановляю: 1. Установить с 1 июля 2002 г. общую штатную численность органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации в количестве 51 021 единицы. 2. Правительству Российской Федерации обеспечить выделение Генеральной прокуратуре Российской Федерации из федерального бюджета средств, необходимых для реализации пункта 1 настоящего Указа. 3. Признать утратившим силу пункт 1 распоряжения Президента Российской Федерации от 8 февраля 2000 г. N 32-рп "О некоторых вопросах органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2000, N 7, ст. 813).
