Some steam boilers must have automatic feed regulators, and boilers over 400°C steam outlet temperature must have automatic steam temperature controls. Boiler inspection results, reasons for extraordinary inspections, and any extra tests must be recorded in the boiler passport; some entries must be signed and a copy sent to the Gosatomnadzor inspector within 5 days for registered boilers.
