ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О проекте федерального закона "Об основных гарантиях прав ребенка в Российской Федерации" Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Принять во втором чтении проект федерального закона "Об основах государственной политики по защите прав ребенка" с новым названием "Об основных гарантиях прав ребенка в Российской Федерации". 2. Комитету Государственной Думы по делам женщин, семьи и молодежи доработать указанный законопроект с учетом принятых поправок и внести его на рассмотрение Государственной Думы в третьем чтении. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия. Председатель Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Г.Н.Селезнев Москва 24 июня 1998 года N 2673-II ГД
