МИНИСТЕРСТВО КУЛЬТУРЫ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПРИКАЗ от 7 июня 2001 г. N 614 ОБ УТВЕРЖДЕНИИ НОВОЙ РЕДАКЦИИ УСТАВА ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯ КУЛЬТУРЫ "ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ АКАДЕМИЧЕСКИЙ СИМФОНИЧЕСКИЙ ОРКЕСТР РОССИИ" В целях приведения Устава федерального государственного учреждения культуры "Государственный академический симфонический оркестр России" в соответствие с законодательством Российской Федерации приказываю: 1. Во изменение пункта 1 Приказа Министерства культуры Российской Федерации от 08.02.2001 N 109 "Об Уставе Государственного академического симфонического оркестра России" утвердить прилагаемую новую редакцию Устава федерального государственного учреждения культуры "Государственный академический симфонический оркестр России". ------------------------------- Не приводится. 2. Художественному руководителю - главному дирижеру Государственного академического симфонического оркестра России В.С. Синайскому зарегистрировать новую редакцию Устава оркестра в установленном законом порядке. 3. Контроль за исполнением настоящего Приказа возложить на заместителя Министра культуры Российской Федерации В.В. Егорычева. Министр М.Е.ШВЫДКОЙ
