ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации, Министерства Российской Федерации по налогам и сборам от 12 января 2001 г. N 23/БГ-3-03/7 Об отмене Инструкции ГТК России и МНС России от 3 марта 2000 г. N 01-100/4/57 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 23 января 2001 г. Регистрационный N 2542 В связи с вступлением в силу с 1.01.2001 г. части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2000, N 32, ст. 3340) и Федерального закона от 5.08.2000 г. N 118-ФЗ "О введении в действие части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации и внесении изменений в некоторые законодательные акты о налогах" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2000, N 32, ст. 3341) приказываем: 1. Признать утратившей силу Инструкцию ГТК России и МНС России от 3.03.2000 г. N 01-100/4/57 "О порядке применения акцизов в отношении товаров, ввозимых на территорию Российской Федерации" (зарегистрирована Минюстом России 19 июня 2000 г., регистрационный N 2273). 2. Настоящий приказ вступает в силу с 1.01.2001 г. ____________
